- 1 white cake mix
- 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O (4 serving size)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 container Cool Whip
Heat oven to 350°F. Make cake as directed on box for 9″x13″ pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Poke holes with a fork all over the cake in 1/2″ intervals. Dissolve small package of Jell-O in 1 c. of boiling water stirring for 2 minutes. Pour 3/4 of Jell-O mix over cake and refrigerate for 2 hours. Spread Cool Whip over the top of the cake and refrigerate.
